Our Refund Policy
Please read through the refund policy thoroughly before booking.
Payment
Payment can be made upon booking through the Warrandyte Pottery website.
Cash payments are accepted in certain circumstances. If you want to join a workshop or course and need to pay in cash, a 50% deposit is required upfront at least 2 weeks before the workshop or course is scheduled to start. The remaining balance must be paid on the workshop or course start date.
You can pay in cash at our studio 207 Yarra Street, Warrandyte, 3113
Studio Hours for Cash Payments:
Friday to Sunday 10am - 4pm
Please note: Enrolments will not be confirmed until payment has been processed. By paying for your course, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Refunds and Cancellations
In the event that you cannot attend a workshop or course, you can transfer your spot to another person up to 2 weeks prior to the workshop or course commencement date.
In the event that you cannot attend a workshop or course and you cannot fill your place, the below refund options apply:
100% if you cancel at least 4 weeks before the course starts, less a 15% administration fee.
50% if you cancel at least 3 weeks before the course starts, less a 15% administration fee.
25% if you cancel 2 weeks before the course starts, less a 15% administration fee.
There will be no refund if you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course starts, or the course has already started.
If for reasons should a workshop or course be cancelled due to circumstances outside of Warrandyte Pottery’s control, Warrandyte Pottery will do their best to accommodate you with a replacement course or workshop date.
If Warrandyte Pottery is unable to reschedule the course or workshop to another date, Warrandyte Pottery will issue its affected students with a full refund less administration fee of 15%.
