Intro to Wheel Throwing

Perfect class to get a taste of what throwing on the wheel is all about without the commitment of a longer term.

• 2 hour duration guided by your teacher in a fun and welcoming environment.

• Choose 3 pieces to keep and we will glaze and fire your work for you. We will contact you once your piece is fired and ready to be collected. Please allow 4 weeks for your piece to be ready

• Bring a towel and apron (you will get messy!) and closed toed shoes

  
  Day Of Clay

  
  Join us for a full day immersed in clay exploring wheel throwing and hand building to gain some insight into what our term courses entail. Held once a month on the first Sunday of each month with an amazing catered lunch at Ember Dining.

  • 4 hour duration. 1.5hrs of wheel time and 1.5 hours of hand building time with an hour break for lunch at Ember Dining included

  • You’ll learn the basics of hand building and wheel throwing

  • Choose 2 pieces to keep and we will glaze and fire your work for you. We will contact you once your piece is fired and ready to be collected. Please allow 4 weeks for your piece to be ready

  • Bring a towel and apron (you will get messy!) and please wear closed toed shoes
