CHRISTMAS MARKET AGREEMENT

Thank you so much for being a part of our Christmas market this year! Please read through the information on this page thoroughly. Please email us events@warrandytepottery.com.au if you have any questions not covered here.

Key dates and times:

  • Market event -30th November, 3pm - 9pm

  • Bump-in is from 1pm - 3pm (if you need more time, please reach out individually)

  • Bump-out from 9pm - 10pm

Parking for stallholders and bump-in/out information:

There is a carpark along the river between the bridge and the studio that you can park in or street parking is available on the street (max 2hr) in front of the lolly shop. Access through the gate between the carpark and playground can be arranged prior to the market date. Please get in touch with us if you require access. Bump-in begins at 1pm. You must be fully set up and ready for trade at 3pm. Please ensure all payment devices are fully charged and ready to go. WiFi details will be given to you on the day during bump-in.

Bump-out is from 9pm to 10pm. Please refrain from packing down your stall even if you have sold out until 9pm. If you need help moving your stall please let us know and we will assist.

Stall dimensions:

  • Standard stall 1.8m x 1.5m (large enough for a standard trestle table sized stall set up) $95.00

  • Mini stall (please contact us for further info on specifications). This option is perfect for flowers, small objects and jewellery $55.00

Payment

Please check the application acceptance email sent to you for your stall type. Payment can be made by following the booking link below.
Once booking is finalised, please complete the agreement to indicate you have read all the information provided.

Payment must be made 7 days from receiving your acceptance email.

Refund and cancellation policy:

In the event of stall cancellation

  • 2 months or more before the market date a full refund will be issued

  • 1 month before the market date a 50% refund will be issued

  • Less than one month before the market date the stall fee is automatically forfeited unless another suitable stall holder can fill their place in which case you will receive 50% refund

  • 48hrs or closer to the market date the full stall price is forfeit regardless of your spot being filled or not

Important information to note:

  • This is an outdoor market and will run regardless of weather conditions unless it is deemed unsafe for participants

  • All stalls are unpowered so please remember to charge all payment devices and electronics in advance

  • You must provide your own payment system

  • You must bring your own trestle table/market stall set up - we do not provide equipment

  • You must provide your own public liability and send a copy to us via email by 3rd December. Please make sure it is up to date at the time of the market
